Caf A Lait - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh brewed very strong coffee
milk (it needs to be whole or at least 2%)
sugar
Preparation

For each serving (12-ounce serving) mix 6 ounces of milk with 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar (2 is best).
Heat the milk in the microwave or on top of the stove until boiling (scalded).
In mug, mix the milk with six ounces of strong coffee and serve immediately.
This is a great dessert coffee.
The key is truly scalding the milk.
