Crustless Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Combine spinach and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes, stirring once.
    Drain well.
    In medium bowl, beat eggs with fork.
    Stir in Ricotta, salt and pepper, dill, garlic powder and flour. Blend in spinach and onion.
    Spread mix in 9-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Microwave 4 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes.
    Reduce power to 50% (Medium) and microwave 3 to 11 minutes longer or until center is set.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serves 8.
