Pineapple Upside-Down Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
8 1/4 oz. pineapple slices, drained
1 (10 count) pkg. refrigerated biscuits
Preparation

Use an 8 or 9 x 1 1/2-inch round microwave-safe baking dish. Cook margarine on High for 40 to 50 seconds until melted.
Add brown sugar, corn syrup and cinnamon. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Arrange pineapple slices in dish.
Separate biscuits and arrange on top. Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Invert onto serving plate. Makes 5 servings.
