Always-Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda (scant)
    3/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cold water
    1 c. brown sugar, packed firm
    3 Tbsp. milk
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and soda in a bowl.
    Mix together and make a well.
    In another bowl mix the oil, lemon juice, vanilla and water.
    Gradually add to the first mixture. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 12-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
