Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add yeast and milk to dry ingredients.
Knead on a floured board.
Roll out and cut.
Allow to rise 10 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
Cut biscuits may be frozen.
Place frozen biscuits in oven and turn to 400\u00b0. Biscuits will thaw oven heats.
