Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tsp. flour
    1 cup shredded cheese
    12 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Place pineapple in a 10 x 10 casserole dish. Dice cream cheese over top of pineapple. Mix sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice over heat until thickened. Pour over pineapple and cream cheese. Dice marshmallows over pineapple mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
