Salsa Cruda Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large tomato, peeled and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. canned green chili peppers, finely chopped
2 tsp. jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let stand 2 hours to blend flavors.
This is excellent with tortilla chips or can be used as a condiment with meat.
