Lenten Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    6 green pepper rings
    2 cans solid tuna
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry onion in hot oil until soft. Add rice, tuna, soup and seasoning. Mix all together.
    Pour into casserole.
    Place pepper rings on top and bake about 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven or until bubbly.
