Mother'S Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean cubed beef
    4 Tbsp. flour
    5 c. water
    dash of paprika
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    2 potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown beef with 2 teaspoons oil in skillet. Sprinkle beef with paprika. Boil vegetables until tender and add salt. Add flour to beef when brown and tender. Add beef to vegetables. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Delicious.
