Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. buttermilk
    3/4 c. Angel Flake coconut
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, starting with sugar and corn meal.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into one 9-inch pie shell. Bake 45 minutes or until firm at 350\u00b0.
