Marty'S Pork Cutlets Dijon - cooking recipe

4 pork cutlets
Dijon mustard
bread crumbs
olive oil
Preparation

Pat dry the cutlets.
Spread with mustard and dunk in bread crumbs, patting the crumbs on the cutlets to form a nice paste. Fry in hot oil until nicely browned; turn and brown the other side.
Cover frying pan and cook on medium-low heat for 30 to 40 minutes until pork is no longer pink.
