Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    10 to 12 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Be sure to cook rice in 2 cups water according to directions.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Broccoli can be thawed so it can be broken up.
    Cook for approximately 1 hour.
