Rouladen(Beef Roll-Ups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large breakfast steaks
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    bacon
    chopped onions
    2 c. water
    beef bouillon
Preparation
    Pound steaks until they are 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Salt, pepper and season with paprika.
    Put 1 slice of bacon and chopped onions on each steak and roll up. Secure with a toothpick.
    Fry in oil or butter, then add 2 cups water and bouillon.
    Let cook 2 hours. This is very good served with mashed potatoes or noodles.
