Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryer chicken parts
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except chicken.
    Place chicken in single layer, skin side up, in shallow baking pan.
    Pour preserve mix on chicken.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until fork can be inserted with ease, basting occasionally with the pan drippings. Serve hot with plain rice and sweet and sour sauce.
    Makes 8 servings.
