Four Layer Supper Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
4 potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1/2 c. cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Brown ground beef in a skillet, stirring to break up meat. Drain off fat.
Wash potatoes and cut into slices (do not peel). Place sliced potatoes in a large baking pan or casserole.
Spoon the green beans on top, then the ground beef and finally the cheese.
Pour the milk over all.
Cover and cook over low heat or bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Makes 6 (1-cup) servings.
