Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. diced apples
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
