Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, baked
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, cut up
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 large eggs
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat cooled mashed sweet potatoes with sugars in mixer bowl until smooth.
    Add butter, a few pieces at a time, beating until melted.
    Beat in salt, nutmeg and pumpkin pie spice.
    Gradually add milk and vanilla.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Spoon into pie crust.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack.
