Sausage Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Mix the oats, salt, sage and eggs.
    Form into 4 flat patties. Fry in the butter until brown on both sides.
    Boil 1 quart water. Add bouillon cube.
    Pour over patties.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
