Apple Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. sugar
12 oz. flour
6 oz. butter
5 apples
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Slice apples into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar and lemon.
Crumble sugar, flour and butter together.
Sprinkle the topping over the apples.
Sprinkle a little extra sugar over the top if you wish.
Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered.
Serve with custard, ice cream or cream.
