Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. Italian sausage or 1 lb. ground turkey plus 3/4 tsp. basil and 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 tsp. fennel or anise
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste and 1 c. water or 2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.) and 1/3 c. water
4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Break spaghetti in half and cook in boiling water until done (10 to 11 minutes); drain.
Add eggs, well beaten, and Parmesan to spaghetti.
Press into greased 10-inch pie pan; form up sides.
