Heart Healthy Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 c. light sour cream
1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise to blend.
Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.
Chill.
