Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. Campbell's tomato juice
    1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Preparation
    In hot oil cook onion, garlic and cayenne pepper until onion is tender.
    Stir in tomato juice and beans.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice; heat through.
    Garnish with thyme, if desired.
