Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 stick butter
    1/2 box brown sugar
    1 small can evaporated milk
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour at 400\u00b0 or until done.
    Cut in half lengthwise and cool slightly.
    Scoop out potatoes into food processor; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon mixture into casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Sprinkle top with pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
