Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. grated cheese
1 carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

Place in greased baking dish.
Mix 2 cups corn flakes (crushed) with 3 tablespoons butter.
Place on top of potatoes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
