Scrambled Eggs Especial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 avocado, peeled and cubed (about 1 c.)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix eggs,
    pepper,
    salt
    and cream with fork.\tStir in avocado.
    Heat
    margarine
    in
    12-inch
    Dutch oven over medium heat until just
    hot
    enough
    to sizzle a drop of water.
    Pour egg mixture into oven.\tAs egg mixture begins to set at bottom and side,
    lift
    cooked
    portion
    with spatula so the thin uncooked portion
    can
    flow to the bottom.
    Avoid constant stirring.
    Cook until eggs are thickened through but still moist. Sprinkle bacon on eggs.
