Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

3 c. chopped chicken, cooked
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. medium-sharp cubed cheese
1 c. cashews
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in butter and then combine all ingredients, except French fried onion rings.
Pour mixture into a buttered 2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour; then top with onion rings.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes longer.
