Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. shredded cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook squash.
    Mix in egg and onion.
    Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
