Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. roast (pot, chuck, etc.)
    3 to 5 Tbsp. oregano
    3 to 5 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 large can chicken broth
Preparation
    Remove excess fat from roast and cut roast into large chunks. Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot.
    Simmer until meat can easily be shredded with a fork (approximately 8 hours).
    Serve meat with juice on kaiser or other style hard rolls.
