Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    9-inch chilled pastry shell
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. finely diced onion
    1/4 c. finely diced bell pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon in pastry shell.
    Blend remaining ingredients.
    Pour over cheese-bacon mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cut into wedges.
    Serve hot.
