Omelet Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices white bread, crusts removed
    8 (1 oz.) slices ham
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    8 (1 oz.) slices American cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Coat bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
    Line bottom of dish with 8 bread slices, cutting them to fit.
    Arrange the cheese, ham and remaining bread slices over top; set aside.
