Bell Pepper Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 box wild grain brown rice
    1 can herb spice tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, and add bell pepper (chopped), onion, garlic salt and tomato sauce in a frying pan.
    After rice is cooked, pour into a deep baking dish.
    Add the prior mixed ingredients and stir until rice is mixed well.
    Top with a thin layer of cheese and put into the oven until the cheese is melted.
