Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Sift flour and soda into batter mixture, alternating with sour cream.
    Add vanilla; blend well.
    Pour half the batter in a greased angel food cake pan.
    Sprinkle evenly with half the nut mixture.
    Repeat process, topping with nut mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Freezes beautifully.
