Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 med. carrots
1 T. sugar
1 t. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. ginger
1/2 c. orange juice
2 T. butter
Preparation

Cut carrots crosswise in 1-inch pieces. Cook until tender. Meanwhile, combine the next four ingredients and add orange juice. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in butter and pour over carrots.
