Ingredients

dough:
1 envelope dry active yeast
1 can warm beer
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in a bowl.
Stir in salt and oil.
Gradually stir in flour.
Smooth and knead dough until elastic.
Brush top with oil.
Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
