Popovers(12 Popovers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Parmesan cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Grease muffin pan and sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pan.
    Mix milk and flour in blender; add and flip blender to mix a little at a time.
    Add salt and buzz blender. Add eggs, one at a time, and flip, flip, and flip each one.
    Pour batter (like heavy cream) into muffin pan 3/4 full.
    Pop in oven and bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not open oven.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes longer.
