Butterscotch Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. oatmeal
    2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    3 sticks oleo
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. mini butterscotch chips (to be added last minute of baking)
Preparation
    Melt oleo and mix everything except butterscotch chips. Spread evenly on 2 large cookie sheets.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Stir every 10 minutes for the first 30 minutes and then every 5 minutes until done.
