Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini
    salt and pepper
    chopped onion (to taste)
    butter
    Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
    cheese slice
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and cook in microwave until tender; scrape inside of zucchini into a bowl.
    Add chopped onion (to taste), butter, salt, pepper and Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs. Mix together and stuff back in zucchini hulls.
    Put cheese slice on top and bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until cheese melts, 15 to 20 minutes.
