Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. Mazola corn oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
3 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients together by hand.
Add and mix in pecans, raisins and carrots.
Cover bottom inside of cake pan with waxed paper and grease well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes four layers.
