Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    4 c. tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Cook onion in oil. Add remainder and cook 1 hour. Take out bay leaf.
    For a smoother sauce, puree.
