Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium shrimp
    1 lb. imitation Alaskan crabmeat
    1/2 lb. frozen okra, sliced
    1 can backfin crabmeat
    1 (12 oz.) can yellow whole kernel corn
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can whole or chopped tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Season-All
    24 oz. tap water
Preparation
    Steam shrimp for 3 minutes and devein.
    Cut up or dice Alaskan crabmeat.
    Slice okra while frozen.
    Remove shells from crabmeat. Drain corn.
    Drain tomatoes.
    Dice onions and peppers in large chunks.
    Combine all ingredients in large pot (Dutch oven).
    Add cornstarch to thicken as desired.
    Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat (stir constantly).
    Serve over white or brown rice.
