Roast Whole Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) beef tenderloin
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. seasoning salt or bon appetit
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Marinate beef in mixture of lemon juice and oil for 1 hour at room temperature (easiest to do in a large zippered food storage bag).
    Turn frequently.
    Remove meat from marinade.
    Combine the seasonings and rub all over the meat.
    Bake 25 minutes per pound for medium-rare.
    First 25 minutes at 500\u00b0, then the rest of the time at 350\u00b0.
