Raspberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. of raspberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. frozen raspberries
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Place raspberry gelatin in a large bowl and add boiling water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add frozen raspberries and pineapple.
    Place half of this mixture into a 13 x 9 dish or your favorite mold.
    Refrigerate until partially set.
    Spread with the sour cream and pour the remaining half of the mixture on top. Refrigerate until set.
    Garnish with lettuce if desired. Delicious.
