Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes or equal amount of cooked fresh potatoes
1 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
marshmallows

Preparation

Melt oleo in 2-quart baking dish.
Beat potatoes well; add eggs and beat again.
Add oleo, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
Beat again.
Return to baking dish and bake approximately 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Cover with marshmallows and put back in oven until melted.
