Rustic Pizza Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen Italian bread and pizza crust dough (48 oz. pkg.)
    1/2 lb. loose Italian sausage, cooked and drained
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Provolone cheese, shredded
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. pizza or spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. pepperoni, salami or ham
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 c. chopped fresh spinach
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
    Press or roll 1 loaf of bread dough into 13-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
    Place in pie plate.
    Sprinkle sausage and cheese over dough.
    Add mushrooms, spinach, pepperoni, onion and pizza sauce.
    Roll remaining bread dough into an 11-inch circle.
    Place over filling.
    Pinch to seal and pull up to form a rim.
    Prick top. Brush with egg and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with green salad.
