Whole Wheat Bread(For Two Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. whole wheat flour
1 envelope dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/3 c. honey
1/3 c. oil
1 scant Tbsp. salt
3 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add honey, oil and salt.
Add whole wheat flour and mix.
Start adding all-purpose flour and stir in enough to make a stiff dough.
Turn out on floured board and knead 8 to 10 minutes.
Work in more white flour to a stiff elastic dough.
Put in a greased pan or bowl and set in warm place to rise.
Grease top and cover with a cloth.
