Orange-Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean thick pork chops
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 or 2 oranges, sliced thin
    1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Arrange meat in casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices. Pour orange juice over meat and oranges; cover. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
