Light Cake Or One Egg Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
pinch of salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Preparation

Cream together sugar, egg, shortening and salt.
Sift in flour and baking powder.
Combine vanilla and milk.
Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
