Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. pancake mix
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation

Beat egg yolks slightly.
Stir in the pancake mix and corn. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
By large spoonfuls, fry in deep fat (350\u00b0 to 370\u00b0) until golden brown, or fry in frypan until golden brown.
