Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 double pork chops
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. milk
    oil
Preparation
    Cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop.
    Combine next 7 ingredients and mix well.
    Stuff each chop with mixture.
    Brown chops in oil and season.
    Add a little water and bake in moderate oven at about 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until tender.
