Portuguese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 (16 oz.) Velveeta cheese
2 sticks melted margarine
2 c. croutons
Preparation

Boil
potatoes\tin
jackets,
peel
and cube.
Put in a large casserole dish. Cube cheese. Sprinkle over potatoes. Add onions, pimento,
parsley, paprika, garlic salt and croutons. Pour\tmelted margarine\tover
all
the casserole. Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. If you want to use 1/2 of recipe, use 5 to 6 potatoes and 1/2 other ingredients.
